The app also provides the ability to view NOAA severe weather alerts displayed on an interactive map, allowing you to visualize where dangerous weather is occurring. This feature includes essential information such as flood watches and warnings, tornadoes and thunderstorms, hurricane and tropical storm forecast tracks, winter storms, marine and coastal alerts, radar and cloud data, wind speed, snowfall, water temperatures, and road weather conditions. For an enhanced experience, Storm Shield offers premium features through auto-renewing monthly subscriptions.

The 'Premium Weather' subscription unlocks additional predicted imagery for map layers such as future radar, future clouds, future clouds and radar combined, future surface temperature on land and water separately or together, future wind speeds map, and storm tracks. These features provide valuable insights into upcoming weather patterns, including the speed and direction of storms.

The 'Lightning' subscription focuses specifically on lightning-related information, offering lightning strike push notifications within a radius of up to 10 miles from your selected location. Additionally, you can view lightning strikes on the map within 100 miles of your chosen area.

Important payment details for these subscriptions are as follows:

<li>Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.</li>
<li>Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.</li>
<li>Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.</li>
<li>Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by adjusting settings within the user's Account Settings after purchase.</li>
<li>No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.</li>
</ul>
